Our Fee Schedule
Certificate of forms under the Act and resolutions by the Company Secretaries
RM5 per signature or a minimum
charge of RM10 per request
Provision of corporate secretarial services inclusive of two (2) named secretaries
From RM1,200 per year
Additional routine resolution or SSM forms
(i.e. Section 51, Section 58, Section 78)
From 100 per resolution or form
(For non-routine resolutions, a quote shall be given prior to the commencement of the assignment)
